Tattoo Bio: I started tattooing in July 1993. I learned on my own for the first two years until I was able to get a job working for Tattoo Seen in the Bronx, NY. I worked here for a few years learning and picking up a lot of helpful information from various artists. This is when I started to get a grasp of styles and where I wanted to go with them. I later moved to Big Joe And Sons Tattooing in July 1998 to the present in Yonkers, NY. Here I had the freedom to push myself to new heights.

Artist Bio: I had 4 years of private training in Fine Arts throughout my high school years, which helped me get into Pratt Institute In New York where I earned an Associates Degree In Illustration.

I try not to fall into the trends of tattooing nor limit myself to one style. There is the right needle for every job and every tattoo artist should know how to use it. So whether you’re looking for Color work to Black and Gray, Fine line To Traditional, Portraits to Cartoons or anything in between you came to the right place. Tattoo Artists Wanted!

We are currently looking for a fulltime artist for our shop.

We are not looking for ANY apprentices at this time.
If you are an artist that puts out good, clean work and someone who puts their all into their work, you may just be the artist we are looking for ! The last kind of artist we are looking for is one who looks to crank out each tattoo as fast as they can in order to move on to the next one. Our shops are about quality, not quantity!

So what we are basically looking for an all around experienced tattoo artist. Custom drawing is a bonus. Having your own transportation to and from work is imperative. We require seeing a portfolio of your work as well as work that you have done after it's healed.
